Important Deadlines

Paper Submission

You are invited to electronically submit the full version of your work through the following link.

The maximum paper length is 6 pages, extra page fees of US$ 100 per page

Registration

Each accepted paper requires registration.

Papers accepted by the Program Committee will be published in the conference proceedings (electronic).

Papers accepted by the Program Committee but not presented will NOT be submitted to IEEE Xplore.

The schedule of registration fees is as follows:

•		Full-non-IEEE		USD 550
•		Full-IEEE		USD 500
•		Student-non-IEEE		USD 275
•		Student-IEEE		USD 250

One full registration fee can cover up to 2 papers of the same author/co-author.

Each additional paper of a fully registered author requires an additional fee of USD 200.

Full registration fee covers

▪  Admission to all sessions

▪  Electronic proceedings

▪  Banquet

▪  Welcome and farewell receptions

▪  Coffee breaks

▪  Lunches (planned, but subject to the availability of funds)

Student registration covers one paper.

Student registration fee does not cover the conference banquet.

Overlength fees are USD 100 per page above 6 pages.

All registration fees have to be paid through the Khalifa University payment portal using major credit cards. When paying registration fee, indicate the author name and the paper numbers being registered. For those having difficulty with payment using credit cards special arrangements can be made, for which they need to contact the Organizing Committee in advance.
